At AsterRoot Wellness, PLLC we use Headway to manage our billing and admin work so that we can place all of our focus on our work together. They manage everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you. Once on the Headway page, you will see available appointment days and times. Select one that works best for you! Once selected, you will be asked to set up an account through Headway.
 
Once you have become a client, the Headway team will reach out with an email to help you set up your account and add your insurance and payment details. You’ll see your cost per session ahead of time and can check your benefits through the client portal.  You can contact the Headway team at any time directly through the contact form, where they can help with insurance, billing, or account questions.

Through the Headway profile, you will be sent consent forms, screening tools, and a general intake questionnaire. Please have these completed prior to our first appointment.

Insurances we currently accept are Aetna, Cigna, Point 32, Anthem BCBS, Carelon, and Quest. Coming soon: UHC, and UHC Medicare Advantage (all Optum plans). 
Self-pay is also accepted. Please reach out to discuss further.
